Projection Facilities
The central Media Check (as stated above) will be available in the ICC during the entire congress period.
Each meeting room is equipped with a laptop and a projector.
Participants’ personal laptops cannot be connected in the rooms. All presentations must be uploaded to the network in advance.
All authors will receive a separate e-mail from M Events Cross Media GmbH with access information and instructions. Presentations attached to emails cannot be processed. Only MS PowerPoint (XP and higher) and PDF presentations with video formats, as specified on the upload site, are permitted for this conference. Do not forget to bring along your video files with you as they cannot be embedded into the presentation.
Please submit your files at least 2 (two) hours before your talk. If you are speaking in the first morning session, please submit your files the day before or use the internet upload. You may check and/or change your presentation yourself in the Media Check up to two hours prior to your presentation.
Please note that M Events staff members cannot revise your presentation.
For the submission of your presentation on site, CDs, USB Sticks, or similar will be accepted.
After the conference all submitted files will be deleted from all storage media.
