Terms of cancellation

Cancellations of registration will only be accepted in written form and have to be send to the PCO by email (woc2010(at)porstmann-kongresse.de) or fax (+49 (0)30 28 44 99 -11). The notification must include all relevant information regarding the bank account to which a possible refund may be remitted (no credit cards accepted):

• IBAN if provided in your country, if not the account number
• SWIFT/BIC (International bank code)
• Routing number if provided in your country

In case of cancellation until 10 May 2010 registration fees will be refunded minus a handling fee of € 50. After this date there will be no refund.

Please note that tickets for the official social program can be cancelled but not reimbursed.

Liability

Porstmann Kongresse GmbH acts solely as an agent and is not liable for any losses, accidents, injuries to persons or damage to property of any kind. This does not affect the liability of persons or companies charged with providing the relevant service. Oral arrangements require a written confirmation. The sole court of jurisdiction is Berlin. Delegates accept the above mentioned conditions by sending the online registration form.
