Online Registration

Please read the instructions before clicking on the link below to register for the WOC®2010:

 

Registration can be made solely online. Please note the registration and payment terms. Bookings that are liable to pay have to be balanced immediately by credit card (VISA or MasterCard) at the end of the registration.

 

Please note that only one day pass throughout the entire congress is available per person.

 

After having completed your online registration you will automatically receive an invoice including a booking confirmation and your personal barcode via email. Please print this barcode. The barcode will enable you to print your name badge at a self-service terminal on site without having to line up.

Instructions:

  • For your login please click on the link below and enter your email address as well as your first and last name on the front page. Now click on "log in" and enter a password for your registration account. Afterwards, you will receive your login data via email.

    If you are already registered, the system will ask automatically for your password after you have entered your email address.
  • The site "My Profile" opens. Please enter all required data and ensure that your data is correct, since this information will be used for your invoice and other documents. Finally click on "Save". 
  • Now you are ready to register for the congress. Therefore please click on the button "Registration". Another site opens. Here you have to select your participant status, please click on "Save" afterwards.

    You can now click on "Booking options" to register for the WOC®2010. Please note that you need to book a ticket for the congress first (by clicking on the shopping trolley symbol), and you may then also wish to book courses, wetlabs and events of the official social program.

    If you have chosen all booking positions please click on "save" and you will get back to the main registration site with a booking overview. 
  • Please select your preferred method of payment (credit card or direct debit payment).
    Please note: Payment by direct debit is only possible for German bank accounts. 

  • Now click on "Finish registration" (at this point of time you will already receive a confirmation of registration)
    After you have completed your registration by proceeding the payment, you will receive an invoice via email. 

  • Additional bookings can be made at any time by a further log in into the registration account.
